Refund and Cancellation Policy

Nethrodaya deeply values the generosity and trust of its donors.

• Donations are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated towards ongoing charitable programs and initiatives.

• In case of an inadvertent or duplicate transaction, donors may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

• Refund requests must include transaction details and supporting proof for verification.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

• Once a donation has been utilized or an official receipt has been issued for tax exemption purposes, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
